Of course, no product or business is absolutely perfect. We especially want to hear from you if you are not 100% satisfied with our products or service. If we make a mistake, or if you have a problem with the product that you purchased from us, we will do our best to "make it right," and/or help you with any questions or problems that you have.

Thursday, October 7, 2010 - From anonymous in Cleveland: "I took my mountain bike into Cycle Sport and Fitness in Cleveland Heights thinking I would have to have a faulty shifter replaced. I was told to try spraying with WD40 because sometimes dirt clogs the intricate gears. They even sprayed it for me and told me that if the problem persist to bring it back and they would replace the shifter. I want to applaud their integrity. They could have easily said leave it and charged me $50 for repairs, and I would not have been the wiser. It works perfectly."
