A “Word” About Ordering Cycle Sport & Fitness is a real "brick & mortar" bicycle and fitness equipment store. We have two locations, a store in Cleveland Heights, Ohio and a store in Mentor, Ohio. We have been serving the Greater Cleveland, Ohio area since 1931! Are you tired of dealing with large, impersonal companies where you feel like you are just a number? Are you as "fed up" with poor customer service, voice mail, phone prompts, and long "music on hold times" as we are? Does anybody in the business or retail world actually answer the phone anymore? Unlike "big box" or "mart-type" stores, when you call us you will actually talk to a "real person" who will answer the phone promptly during our Normal Business Hours. We don't have a toll-free "800" phone number, but we will call you right back if you request. We do not sell on Ebay or any other internet auction websites. We are a legitimate authorized dealer of all the products that we sell. When you purchase a product from us you are assured of getting exactly what you ordered, brand new, with factory warranty. Most products are in the original factory cartons. We do not sell used merchandise. You can verify us as a legitimate authorized dealer below. We'll do our best to answer any questions you have. If you have a question we can't answer, we will check into it and call you back. If you have a question or problem with the product you purchased, we will gladly help you over the phone even after your purchase. If your item requires assembly, we will even help "walk you through" assembly questions over the phone.
