*Important Shipping Information for Ellipticals and Treadmills. Free curbside delivery. These units are "driver-assist", curbside, weekday delivery. You must be present to sign for the item and may have to assist the driver in sliding the unit off the back of the truck. You are responsible for getting the unit from the street to it's final destination, so it is a good idea to have extra help at time of delivery. Driver is not required, but many drivers will "dolly" the unit up to your front, back or side door, whichever is closest to the street. Driver will not go up or down outside steps, or take the unit inside your house. If you are unable to assist the driver, you can make arrangements with the shipping company for a lift-gate delivery truck, or inside home delivery for an additional charge at your own expense. We will give you a tracking number, and you should call the trucking company the next business day after you place your order, to schedule delivery.
