Calculate Your Target Heart Rate
Please note: This guide is for normal, healthy persons. Check with your doctor BEFORE starting any exercise program. To find your target heart rate zone:
When in your target heart rate zone, your breathing should be increased, but you should still be able to carry on a normal conversation with a person next to you. A good workout program might be to exercise in your target heart rate zone, 3 to 5 times per week, for 15 to 30 minutes each time.
